Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in Dina, Jhelum, and Mirpur.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
Client Management:
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Regularly update clients on project progress and new offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Order Fulfillment Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with our in-house team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Communicate client requirements and specifications to the production team.
- Monitor order progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 26 (Male)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
